Open Access Policy, Licensing, and Rights

  1. Culture: Policy, Management, and Entrepreneurship (CPME) is a fully open access journal, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative. There are no article processing charges (APC) for the author.
  2. When submitted articles are accepted for publication, authors should sign the “Copyright License Agreement” to authorize the publication of the article by CPME. This authorization is a Non-Exclusive License, in which authors agree to share the copyright ownership with TACPS while reserve the moral rights of the work.
  3. Upon signing the “Copyright License Agreement”, authors agree to authorize the articles to the journal without charge. The journal holds the rights for publication and the rights to grant to be included in other academic databases or websites. Also the authors authorize the journal for format and layout editing to meet the needs of print or data online.
  4. The content of publication is published under Creative Commons License CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, which allows to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, as well to remix, transform, and build upon the material, as long as appropriate credit is given to the author, and the material is not used for commercial purposes. Anyone who remixes, transforms, or builds upon the material, must distribute the contributions under the same license as the original.
