Abstract

This study explores the role of humanistic innovation in the “Innovation 3.0” paradigm by proposing the H-EHA model and adopting qualitative research methods to take “Goldfish Cuobian” as a case study, through in-depth analysis of the case, to examine the practice of the H-EHA model in the local revitalization of Toucheng Township, Yilan County.

The findings demonstrate that the four core elements of the H-EHA model, namely humanity, ecosystem, hub, and asterism, are fully embodied in Goldfish Cuobian ‘s practices. The “humanistic” element, first, serves as the core driving force, manifested in the deep affection for Toucheng and the mission of cultural renaissance. The construction of an “ecosystem,” then, facilitates effective resource flow and collaborative development among various parties. Goldfish Cuobian’s, acting as a “hub,” connects diverse resources and drives innovative development. The cultivation and attraction of diverse talents form a vibrant “asterism,” providing continuous momentum for Toucheng’s innovative development.

The study concludes that in the “Innovation 3.0” era, focusing on “humanistic” values, building a diverse and symbiotic “ecosystem,” leveraging the connecting role of “hubs,” and nurturing a dynamic “asterism” are effective approaches to promote humanistic innovation and development. This research thus provides the oretical guidance and practical reference for local revitalization and humanistic innovation practices.
